1. Use of Services

Ask Johari provides jewelry pricing analysis, CAD design marketplace, and expert consultation services. Our pricing reports are advisory in nature and should not be considered as financial or legal valuations. Users must be 18 years or older to use our services.

2. Report Accuracy

While we strive for maximum accuracy in our pricing reports, Ask Johari does not guarantee that the Best Buy Price indicated in reports will exactly match market prices at the time of purchase. Prices are based on data available at the time of report generation.

3. CAD Design Licenses

Purchased CAD designs are licensed for personal and commercial manufacturing use. Redistribution, resale of the digital files, or claiming original authorship of purchased designs is strictly prohibited. Each license covers unlimited physical production from the design.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ask Johari platform, including designs, algorithms, reports, and branding, is the intellectual property of Ask Johari Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how Ask Johari collects, uses, and protects your information.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, city, country, and jewelry images uploaded for analysis. We also collect usage data to improve our services.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide our services — generating pricing reports, facilitating advisor connections, and personalizing your experience. We never sell personal data to third parties.

Image Data Retention

Jewelry images uploaded for analysis are stored on encrypted servers and automatically deleted 30 days after report delivery. You can request immediate deletion by contacting support.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Ask Johari services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Quote Reports

If your report is not delivered within the promised timeframe (4 hours for standard, 8 hours for detailed), you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds for quality disputes are reviewed case-by-case within 7 business days.

CAD Design Purchases

Due to the digital nature of CAD files, refunds are not available after download. If you experience technical issues with a file, we will provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Consultation Sessions

Sessions cancelled 24+ hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable.
